Puffin for Facebook App Reviews

Im from myanmar(Burma). Though the app is good as it consumes less data, we, Myanmar people cant see the Zawgyi Myanmar font correctly. The app shows only the Unicode font (standard font) correctly. Wed be very pleased if you guys make your app compatible with the Zawgyi font which is used by most Myanmar people (not standard font) :(

* Edit * After updating to iOS10, some content isnt properly loaded onto the screen, its about half. Cant scroll or move around to make it all fit. Rather annoying. **** App is a bit buggy but still better than the Facebook app. I switch back and forth between Puffin and Friendly. Each of them have their pros and cons. If Puffin were to remove the "try messenger" ad in the message box, and eliminate the ads all together, fix some of the bugs and add in multiple account support, Id probably make this my go-to app for Facebook. Even copying Friendlys new desk top feature would be a nice touch too!

Download any file from any group or any page of facebook is realy big problem. We cant download it. Pls fix it. Tnx.

There is a bug. When I push on the "public comment" it opens the menu about my account. Always. Please fix. iPhone SE By the way is a good app. A lot of ram saved. So fast and complete. Good work

Have different bugs in version for iphone6s

Saves lots of data while not using Wifi, and its much faster than the original version. It has few minor bugs though.

After attempting to login, facebook official app alerts me that someone from INDIA logged into my facebook account and my account is blocked until I answer my security question. this clearly shows the app is accessing facebook via an unsupported method and I am sure they could copy all my data if they wanted to. their support link page does not load, so right now I am changing my facebook password and U N I N S T A L L I N G

Very nice

Right now Im using it for speed/data/HDD savings. The regular FB app is a data hog. The biggest issues for me is it doesnt use the iOS auto correct keyboard and when you post a reply on some posts, if you dont put away the keyboard when hit reply, instead of posting it opens your friend list. Also, for some posts, comments dont show unless you hit the time stamp. So, it has some issues IMO.

This latest release is a complete fiasco. I do not have the app open for more than ten minutes when something causes it to crash. When I fix things, I was taught if it isnt broken, dont fix it.

Besides not working on school wifi everythings

I like the app a lot, but on my iPad 2, I cannot access chats. It shows up as "Sorry! Something went wrong. Try again in a moment." I try again, same message. Only chats are broken, everything else works great!

I have a 8gb iPhone and FB is now 100 something MB and I cant download it so this is a super good alt

I do not have to install facebook messenger anymore. And its speed is very very fast. I love it!

I almost lose my account with this app

This app is a hacker app!!! I setted my info and and someone from chine almost get my Facebook info. Luckily Facebook blocked him because when I try to sing in with the real app noticed me that some from another region try to enter my account and was from China beware dont set any info in this app!!!

This app does what it says. Those who are giving it a bad review because they think their FB account has been hacked need to know that Puffin is cloud based and your access will appear to come from Taipei. Its actually more secure than using public wifi with the standard FB app.

Opens immediately even on my iPhone 4s. Runs smoothly and quickly. And best of all, you can send and receive messages without having to open Facebook messenger app which is a huge pain in the butt. Puffin was already the best web browser, and now its the best Facebook browser!
